You are welcome to pay via ACH transfer, credit card, or any of the standard mobile payment apps. We require a deposit and a signed contract to reserve your event date.

How do you set your prices?

Entertainment FAQ
How long is your performance?
Ambient aerial performances are usually done in multiple sets of 10 minutes each with breaks in between. Aerial champagne sets are 15-20 minutes long with breaks in between. For events that require non-stop performing or pouring, we recommend booking two aerialists. Featured aerial acts typically last for a full song (3-5 minutes) of your choice.

What kind of costumes can you provide?
We can provide a multitude of costumes in different colors and styles. You'll have access to our password-protected online costume closet once you've booked us, and you may also browse our Instagram for ideas!

When should I expect you at the venue?
For most events, we arrive 1-2 hours prior to the start of the event to rig the equipment, get ready, and discuss any last-minute details with you or your event planner.

Venue FAQ
Do you have performer insurance?
Yes, all performers as well as our equipment/rigging manager are covered by specialty act insurance. Venue-specific COIs are available upon request and take 1-2 business days to process.

Do I need to provide anything for you at the venue?
Yes, please. We require a safe and secure place to get ready, take breaks, and store our personal belongings (including large equipment bags!).

At venues where we're rigging from a beam or ceiling point, we require a ladder that is tall enough to reach the beam/point safely. Also, if the venue has an FAQ for vendors, we would like to see it ahead of the event.

Can you come for a site visit prior to the event?
We are available for in-person site visits to NYC venues and virtual site visits to venues outside of NYC after the deposit has been paid and we have a signed contract in place.
