booking procedure

~ All bookings require (1) a fully executed contract and (2) payment of a 50% retainer. Payment in full must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your event. If such documents and payments are not received by the deadline, the booking may be treated as not confirmed and/or cancelled.

~ We use secure online portals for contract execution and invoice payments, and accept all major credit cards.

​​​​~ More flexible payment plans are available to wedding clients who book more 12 months in advance of their wedding date.
